Q: What is the payment/reservation process and cancellation policy?
A: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the events are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We take Cash/Check/Credit Card (3% surcharge fee applies to credit/debit only). We can send an invoice to your e-mail account or text a link for payment.
Q: Do you have internet?
A: Yes, we have Starlink internet! You and your guests will have to connect to our network using a Wi-Fi password that’s posted in the building.
Q: Is the bounce house included in the hourly rentals?
A: No, the bounce house is available as an optional add-on for any event.
Q: What do I need to bring for an hourly party?
A: If you did not purchase a pizza party package, you are required to provide any napkins/plates/utensils/cups.
Q: Can we bring in our own desserts?
A: Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own desserts, excluding s’mores supplies.
Q: Can we use the fridge inside?
A: Yes, the fridge and freezer space will be available for rentals. Please remove any food/ drinks that were brought in at the end of your event.
Q: Do you have a kitchen?
A: No, but we have a kitchenette that includes a sink and counter space to prepare food.
Q: How many chairs and tables do you have?
A: We have twenty-five 5 ft. circular tables, 200 chairs and four 8 ft. x 2.5 ft. rectangular tables.
Q: What size is your building?
A: 80’ x 50’ x16’ plus a 2,000 sq. ft. patio
Q: Can we come early to decorate and what can we decorate with?
A: Renters can begin decorating 30 minutes prior to the start of their event. Renters are free to decorate using ONLY scotch or clear tape. No duct tape is permitted. Please no loose glitter or open flames.
Q: Can we bring our own firewood for the fire pit?
A: No, we do not permit firewood to be brought in. We will always have firewood bundles for sale to use during your event.
Q: What’s is required when our event is over?
A: Renters must place all trash in trash bins, remove any items brought in and leave the space in the same general condition in which you found it within 30 minutes following event.
Q: Can we bring outside food?
A: Yes, outside food is encouraged!
Q: What happens in case of bad weather?
A: We will move the party inside!
Q: Do you have tablecloths?
A: Yes, we have white circular and rectangular tablecloths.
